What the guarantee covers

The guarantee covers HSPT Prep fees charged to the household during the first 14 calendar days after its initial paid purchase. This includes Weekly renewals that occur inside that initial guarantee window. Approved refunds return those covered fees to the original payment method.

Eligibility

The request must concern the household’s first paid HSPT Prep purchase.
The account holder must send the request within 14 calendar days of that purchase.
The account must have been used by the household that purchased access and must not show abuse, payment fraud, or account sharing.
Only one guarantee claim is available per household.

How to request a refund

Email jason@hsptprep.app with the subject “HSPT Prep money-back guarantee.” Include the email address on the account and the plan purchased. A reason is helpful but not required.

Timing and access

We will normally review a complete request within five business days. Your bank may need additional time to post an approved refund. Paid access ends when the refund is issued; the free plan remains available.

What the guarantee does not cover

The guarantee does not cover HSPT registration, school fees, books, tutors, taxes except where required by law, or any third-party cost. Renewals and purchases made after the initial 14-day window are not refundable under this guarantee. Nothing here limits refund rights that apply under local law.

No score or admissions promise

This is a product-satisfaction guarantee, not a promise of a particular score, percentile, admission decision, placement, or scholarship. Outcomes depend on the student, time available, school policies, and many factors outside HSPT Prep.
