Terms of Use

By using HSPT Prep, you agree to use the product responsibly as a study and practice aid. HSPT Prep is independent and is not affiliated with Scholastic Testing Service or the HSPT.

Educational use

HSPT Prep provides practice questions, explanations, study guidance, and progress tools for families preparing for the High School Placement Test. It does not guarantee admission, scholarships, placement, or a specific test score.

Accounts and parent reports

If you create an account or enable parent progress emails, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping access to your email account secure. Parent reports are informational and should be used alongside a family's own judgment and school guidance.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse HSPT Prep, attempt to disrupt the service, copy large portions of the question bank, reverse engineer private systems, or use the app in a way that harms other users or the service.

Content accuracy

We work to keep explanations and study guidance useful and accurate, but mistakes can happen. Families should confirm official test policies, dates, fees, accommodations, and admissions requirements directly with the schools or testing organizations involved.

Third-party services

HSPT Prep may rely on third-party hosting, analytics, database, email, and payment providers to operate the product. Their services may have their own terms and policies.
