HSPT Prep is built for families preparing for Catholic high school admissions. We collect only the information needed to run practice, save progress, and send parent updates when a family asks for them.

Information we collect

Students can try practice without providing personal information. If a family creates an account, joins a parent report, or asks for email updates, we may collect account details such as an email address, practice progress, scores, streaks, and settings needed to provide the service.

How we use information

We use information to save practice progress, show performance trends, send requested parent progress emails, troubleshoot the product, prevent abuse, and improve HSPT Prep. We do not sell personal information.

Parent emails

Parent progress emails are sent only when a parent or family enables them. These emails summarize practice activity and progress so parents can support steady preparation.

Analytics and service providers

We may use privacy-conscious analytics and infrastructure providers to understand product usage, deliver the app, store data, and send emails. These providers are used only to operate and improve HSPT Prep.

Children and students

HSPT Prep is intended for use by families and students preparing for the HSPT. Parents should supervise student use and contact us if they want account information reviewed or removed.

Data requests

Families may ask us to review, correct, or delete account information by contacting us at jculbertson@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as HSPT Prep changes. The current version will always be posted on this page.
